PBL Empire offers products across our PBL Spices and PBL Skin collections. We make every effort to display product descriptions, bottle sizes, pack quantities, and ingredient details accurately.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). PBL Empire reserves the right to update product offerings, descriptions, and prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders can be placed by selecting products, choosing any available flavour or size variants, and completing checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway. An order is confirmed once payment authorization is successfully received.

PBL Empire delivers worldwide. Providing delivery information during checkout is optional. If you require delivery, you may enter your destination details.

Orders of ₦200,000 and above within Nigeria qualify for free standard delivery. For Nigerian orders below ₦200,000 and international orders, delivery arrangements and applicable shipping costs are calculated and confirmed separately based on location and order specifics.

Any defect, discrepancy, or issue with received goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by order details and clear photographic evidence.

All reports are assessed individually in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
